Cancellation Policy: Daily reservation deposits will be refunded with a notice of cancellation prior to seven days of arrival less a $25 processing fee. Notices received within the seven day period will forfeit entire deposit. * Weekly and 5 Day Specials reservation deposits are non-refundable.

- Guests must be 21 or older to Reserve Units
- Midweek Rates: Are for Sunday through Thursday nights if not reserved with Saturday.
- Daily Rates: One room cottages, efficiencies and motel rooms based on double occupancy.
- Weekend Rates: Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday, 2 night minimum stay required. Special Event dates may require additional night stays.
- AARP & Military Discount: Save 10% off the published midweek and weekend rates for AARP members 60 and over and Military Active Duty, Reserve and Retired persons. ID must be presented upon check in. Military and AARP discounts are subject to availability and not valid on Special Events, Holidays and certain weekends. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or multiple night specials. Discount applies only to room occupied by the member. Subject to availability.
- Special Events: Daily rates may not apply to special events and holiday periods. Minimum stays of two or more nights may be required at certain periods of time.
- Two Bedroom Cottage: Weekly rate based on up to 4 people.
- Paugus Suite: Rate based on up to 6 people.
- Non-Smoking Rooms: All units are Non-Smoking
- Additional Person: $15 plus tax per day.
- Refrigerators available: $5 per day.
- Rollaways: $15 plus tax per day.
- Cribs: No Charge

All Visitors Must Register at the Front Desk.
Pet Friendly Rooms: $25 per pet/per night, limit of two pets per room. We have limited pet friendly rooms, prior arrangement on rooms are suggested. $100 security deposit due at check in. Please call hotel directly to reserve Pet Friendly Rooms.
Daily Reservations: Deposits of one night’s rental required for reservation of one or two nights. Reservations of more than three nights require a deposit of 50%.
Confirmations: Forwarded upon receipt of deposit. PLEASE READ your confirmation to check arrival and departure dates and cancellation policy.
Deposit must be received within 5 days from making reservation. Balance is due in full upon arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks returned due to non sufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Parking: Due to limited parking we ask no more than ONE vehicle per unit. Please inquire about extra parking space location for additional vehicles prior to arrival.
Dock Space: FREE DOCK SPACE for house guests, allowing one boat or one Jet Ski per unit subject to availability. Boats and trailers must be registered with the front desk. Trailer parking available, please reserve in advance.
The NASWA Resort reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund if more than the reserved number of people occupy a given unit, $15 per person charged for additional guests. All guests must be registered.
Early Departures: Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged in full for all remaining days. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
