Blue Bistro
The NASWA opened its brand-new Blue Bistro in 2012, with a menu of Brilliantly Crafted Cuisine and a location overlooking Paugus Bay. Breakfast favorites include items such as Caribbean Toast, Eggs Benedict and homemade fluffy Omelets, and at night, dine on an eclectic blend of fabulous seafood, steak, pasta, and inspired tapas treats. The restaurant is also available for special functions indoors or outdoors.

Innkeeper of the Year – New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association (NHLRA)
In 2011, the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association (NHLRA) awarded NASWA president Cynthia Makris their Innkeeper of the Year award, which is given annually to someone who the NHLRA feels embodies the spirit of hospitality, has advanced the hospitality industry and has contributed to the New Hampshire economy.

NASWA Day
On June 29, 2010, Gov. John H. Lynch commended The NASWA Resort for 75 years of outstanding service as a multi-generational business, with three generations of women running the resort and their dedication to the Lakes Region community and the State of New Hampshire. Lynch proclaimed June 29, 2010, as NASWA Day in the state of New Hampshire.

Yankee Magazine – Annual Travel Guide to New England
Recommended as “Editors’ Choice” by Yankee Magazine’s 2009 Annual Travel Guide to New England!
