Independence Day in Laconia

Celebrations begin with a community parade, which will feature local organizations, businesses, and families, through patriotic floats and outfits, as well as decorated vehicles. Thousands of locals and visitors join us to celebrate our freedom with a myriad of incredibly fun things to do in NH. The parade will start at Laconia High School and end at Opechee Park. Head to Opechee Park to visit vendors and listen to live music as you find the perfect spot to lay your blankets or chairs for the evening fireworks.
